About the Event

Intimate Connections with Zouk, Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

A full day of nourishment through Zouk workshops, breathwork, healthy food, social dancing and singing.

This day is about Intimacy as the word says "INTO ME I SEE". Its about the connection with yourself and from there, with the others. And in addition: The combination of dance and movement, meditation, breathwork and singing (vibration) is so healthy for opening and purifying your entire body.

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Zouk Dance Workshop

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Mandala Breathwork

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Dinner

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Intimate Connections Workshop

9:30 PM - 11:30 PM - Social Dancing & Singing

Food

There is a group dinner included with healthy vegetarian/vegan food.

The Team

I will be leading the retreat with the company and wisdom of Daniela Rose:

Daniela is a passionate lover of diving deep and seeker of inner truth. She holds spaces for trasnformation through the realms of breath, voice, healing, embodiment, expansion and essence. During Zoukenergy 6 she will guide us on a journey to free our bodies, awaken our hara power, reclaim our roots and activate our voices into full aliveness.
